2. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored securely, never visible to us).
• Membership details: purchase date, expiry date and membership status.
• Payment details: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the amount, never your full card number.
• Basic technical data needed to run the website securely.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To provide your membership, card, guides and partner benefits — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of memberships — legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe (payment processing).
• Our hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Official Partners only see your digital card when you show it to them; we do not send them your personal details.

Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Your account details for as long as your account exists, so you can sign in and use your membership; you can ask us to delete your account at any time. The digital guides are kept in private, protected storage and are available to you throughout your 12-month membership. Each download uses a temporary secure link that expires after 10 minutes; we do not keep a record of which guides you download. Payment and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax and accounting law (generally up to six years).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing Visitmogan@hotmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you pay, our payment provider Stripe may set its own essential cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. If we ever introduce optional cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
