Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, articles 102–108). It does not remove any of those rights.

1. What your €29 membership includes

• Two digital visitor guides, also sold separately: Quick Visitor Guide (€5.99) and Puerto de Mogán Your Way (€12.99) — a total retail value of €18.98.
• The membership service for 12 months: your digital membership card and member benefits at our Official Partners.

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, subject to the rules below.

3. Digital guides — supplied immediately

Both guides are made available to you as soon as your membership is activated. Before paying, you give your express consent to this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the guides once they are made available. Their value (€18.98, the established retail price) is therefore not refundable.

4. Membership service — started at your request

Before paying, you also request that your membership service starts immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, the remaining €10.02 for the membership service is refunded minus a proportionate amount for the days the membership was active, calculated as €10.02 ÷ 365 for each day up to the day you tell us you are withdrawing.

Example: you withdraw on day 5. Refund = €10.02 − (5 × €10.02 ÷ 365) = €9.88.

5. After 14 days

After the withdrawal period, memberships are non-refundable, except where required by law (for example if the service is not provided as described).

6. How to withdraw

Email Visitmogan@hotmail.com with your name, the email address of your account and the statement "I withdraw from my CLUB LOVE MOGAN membership". You may also use the EU model withdrawal form below. Any refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, and your membership is deactivated at that time.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails or is declined, no membership is created and no money is taken.
