1. Who we are

CLUB LOVE MOGAN is operated by LOVE MOGAN S.R.L., Calle Leopoldo Matos 2, Planta 3, 35006 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, tax ID (CIF/NIF) B26944678, email Visitmogan@hotmail.com.

2. The membership

• One annual membership covers two adults, plus accompanying children or grandchildren under 12.
• It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• It includes a personal digital membership card, two downloadable digital visitor guides and access to member benefits at our Official Partners.
• The membership is personal and may not be resold or transferred.

3. Price and payment

The launch price is €29 for the first 500 founding memberships; the standard annual price is €49. All prices include IVA/VAT. Payment is a single one-time charge, processed securely by our payment provider. There is no automatic renewal: after 12 months you may buy a new membership at the price applicable at that time.

4. Activation

Your membership activates automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your digital card, guides and partner benefits become available immediately.

5. Official Partner benefits

Benefits are offered by independent local businesses. Show your digital card before ordering or paying. Each benefit is subject to the conditions shown on the partner's listing. Partners and benefits may change during the year; we will always aim to keep a comparable selection available. CLUB LOVE MOGAN is an independent membership club. Official Partners are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, bookings and customer experience; any booking or purchase you make is a contract between you and that partner. LOVE MOGAN SRL remains responsible for providing the membership itself as described, and nothing in this section excludes any responsibility we have under applicable law.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Misuse

We may cancel a membership that is shared, copied or used fraudulently, without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Complaints can be sent to Visitmogan@hotmail.com; official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. LOVE MOGAN SRL is not currently a member of a consumer arbitration scheme (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).
